New Homes Listings Houston Texas
I just relocated my family from San Jose, Ca. to Austin, Texas. We were aware of the 3% that the builder would typically pay to our buyer’s agent. However, in buying a new home, there was really no need for a buyers agent. While looking at some homesites I saw a billboard advertising 1% rebates. I did some research, and found a few sites that offered similar deals. That’s when I happened upon Brandell’s website. She offered the highest rebate of anyone. That immediately got my attention! As I did more research, I found that all the sites were hidden behind automated messaging systems and email servers. That is, except for Brandell. Brandell had her picture and telephone number up on her website. I could actually talk to a person instead of a machine!This gave me faith that the deal would actually go through.
I’m now living in and loving my new home. Brandell was fantastic to work with and kept to all her promises. The best part is, I have an extra $4,700 in the bank thanks to her! My faith has now turned to trust, and I highly recommend Brandell to anyone buying a new home!
