Others include the ability to find deals and unearth prospects, the ability to negotiate with lenders so that margins are [...] Time, timing and the ability to work meticulously under pressure (and there is always pressure in the realestate market) are just part of the abilities that the successful realestate investor acquires and hones to perfection. Now, I do not think there is any other profession that can quite deliver that much to the same degree.
